Never trusted real estate agents much. Always had a lot of words and paperwork that I did not understand. So we thought we would do some studying on real estate. Then one thing led to another and here we are. Yep one of those--A Real Estate Agent--. But hopefully trusted ones.
Moving into a new home is exciting. Doing all the searching and governmental paperwork is very stressfull. I think realestate agents like lawers are a necessary evil. Keeping up on all of that legal paperwork. Knowing where to go and how to get the needed information. There is so much you need to know before purchasing that home. Okay, here is a little bit About Us.
We are long time residents of Morrison.
Married in 1977, two children (Andrea and Benjamin), one cat (Ben's).
One son-in-law (Paul), two grand kids (Alexander and Andrew).
Don has lived his entire life in Morrison.
Sandy grew up in rural Rock Falls.
Not much on big city life ( like to visit but glad to leave).
Parents: Cleaves & Betty Prescott and Vernon & Shirley Griffith.
Don work's full time in Cllinton, IA at Rock Tenn Corporation
and does real estate too.
Sandy works full time at Ken Kophamer Realty.
